Abstract: Beijing-based Baidu.com Inc is China's leading Internet search-engine company with a market share of 37%. It started its operations in 2000 and broke even within three years. As its website is similar in appearance to Google.com, it is often referred to as 'China's Google'. Some experts feel that Baidu, the Chinese language search engine, does a better job than Google.
